What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of senior, critical, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Advise hiring leaders on recruitment strategies, market insights, and talent availability.
- Source and engage candidates through creative, targeted, and data-driven approaches.
- Build candidate pipelines and long-term talent networks.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Collaborate with HR partners and the global Talent Acquisition community while representing externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- 100% bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
- 5+ years of extensive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, technical, or complex corporate environments.
- Experience recruiting for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing, market mapping, and balancing strategic planning with execution.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and candidate experience.
