What you will do

• Lead onsite design implementation, installation, and maintenance of AV systems for marquee events and park theatrical entertainment.
• Oversee day-to-day project execution, technical quality, inventory management, and logistics.
• Coordinate with AV Creative teams and vendors to ensure design intent and creative vision are maintained.
• Develop and review AV system documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Monitor system performance through show reports and operational feedback to ensure high reliability.
• Provide leadership and direction to technical personnel during installations, rehearsals, and live operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in theatrical or entertainment AV design and production.
• Extensive theme park experience in technical AV production for live theatrical entertainment.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with software including Q-SYS, QLab, Reaper, Mainstage, Pro Tools, Dante, and IT Networking protocols.
• Knowledge of hardware systems such as Yamaha, Allen & Heath, QSC, Alcorn McBride, Blackmagic, and Brightsign.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
