What you will do

• Install, operate, and maintain large audio/video rigs in outdoor environments.
• Perform daily technical checks and system power cycles to ensure operational stability.
• Conduct installation and servicing of audio systems to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot and fix system faults or damage during the event run.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Provide technical assistance to other departments to ensure overall event success.

Requirements

• Must be a citizen or resident of the USA or possess a valid work visa/permit.
• Proficiency with Dante network audio distribution and QLAB playback software.
• Knowledge of local area networks (LAN), MIDI, Timecode, and OSC triggering.
• Experience with video projection, including soft edge blending for multiple projectors.
• Familiarity with LED processing (Megapixel, Brompton) and ROE products.
• Experience with BitFocus Companion and Brightsign player programming.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with large outdoor festivals or experiential events.
• Current First-Aid certification.
