What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to CISOs, IAM Directors, and Security Operations leaders for the Idira account portfolio.
• Identify and drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for advanced modules, including Machine Identity Security and AI agentic protections.
• Guide legacy PAM and CyberArk SaaS customers through the transition to Idira’s next-generation cloud capabilities.
• Align customer identity security initiatives with the Idira Identity Security Blueprint to reduce risk of credential abuse.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle, including renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to improve the Idira platform based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Company follows US EEO guidelines).
• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Enterprise Sales within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong expertise in IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust architecture concepts.
• Proven track record of exceeding renewal and expansion quotas in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
