What you will do

• Lead the Product Engineering team and enable team growth through internal development and strategic hiring.
• Help define manufacturing plans for the next generation FPGA and SOC product line.
• Develop plans and drive execution of qualification of advanced and industry-leading FPGA and SOC products.
• Supervise and support test limit validation, yield enhancement, and failure analysis.
• Champion offshore bring-up and drive corrective actions to meet revenue goals.
• Drive continuous innovation to improve yields, quality, and time to market.

Requirements

• BSEE, MSEE or equivalent.
• 15+ years of industry-related experience in Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years leading or managing a team.
• In-depth knowledge of solid-state physics and silicon reliability.
• 5+ years of knowledge of SOC product qualifications – JEDEC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
