What you will do

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the New York City territory to identify high-potential districts.
• Generate pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and a strong presence at education conferences.
• Lead consultative meetings with district leaders to address their math education challenges.
• Collaborate with Math Success, Strategy, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling demos, pilots, and proposals.
• Refine the GTM motion and build the playbook for scaling district partnerships across new regions.
• Act as the local face of the company to build brand credibility and institutional trust.

Requirements

• Based in New York City and willing to travel ~50%.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-performance environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, PE, or early-stage startups).
• Experience owning the full sales cycle and consistently delivering results.
• Operator mindset with the ability to combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
• Resilience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes within institutions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a history of creating momentum from scratch.

• Experience helping launch or scale a project or business from 0 to 1.
