Salary: $102,130 – $125,960 per year

What you will do

• Design and scale new reconciliation and control infrastructure across various products and entities.
• Lead audit remediation workstreams in partnership with external auditors and internal controls teams.
• Own end-to-end cross-functional projects and act as the escalation point for complex reconciliation and loss issues.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to spec and build scalable systems for loss detection and reconciliation.
• Develop reusable AI workflows, templates, and standards to improve team efficiency and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field.
• 4-6 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or accounting operations.
• Deep understanding of payment systems (ACH/NACHA, card networks, BAI2/MT940).
• Experience with regulatory requirements such as MTL and SOX-style controls.
• Strong SQL and data skills for analyzing complex datasets and identifying root causes.
• Proven ability to use AI to build durable, reusable automations and workflows.
