What you will do

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Translate raw data into meaningful reports for business stakeholders.
• Identify workflow gaps and process issues through data analysis and stakeholder observation.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, and technical teams to support program scalability.
• Prepare meeting documentation and track operational decisions.
• Perform independent data extraction and exploration using SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Intermediate SQL skills for data extraction.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco on a consistent basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic reporting tools.
• Background in virtual care, ambulatory care, or population health operations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT and clinical leadership.
