What you will do

• Lead clients from strategy to implementation, defining Retail Media visions and commercial action plans.
• Deliver strategic recommendations and business reviews to client teams and C-level executives.
• Design and implement KPI frameworks to monitor advertising network performance and identify growth levers.
• Support day-to-day platform optimization, including placements and campaign configuration to maximize revenue.
• Lead tailored workshops and training sessions to ensure optimal onboarding and platform mastery.
• Collaborate with BI and Product teams to improve CS processes and leverage AI tools for scalable operations.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in retail media, eCommerce, or consulting with strong digital advertising exposure.
• Solid knowledge of adtech value chains, marketplaces, and online advertising.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English is a must-have.
• Must be located in London, UK.
