What you will do

• Provide consultancy and training on revenues and benefits products, services, and implementations.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and screen-share sessions for individual clients and large customer groups.
• Recommend effective use of software in line with client business needs and legislation.
• Contribute to new consultancy offerings, product development, user groups, and user guides.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, communicate product feedback, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Support related product management, business analysis, testing, or support activities when priorities require.

Requirements

• Extensive, up-to-date expertise in revenues, including Council Tax and/or Non-Domestic Rates, or benefits, including CTR/CTS and Housing Benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver training and presentations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills in demanding circumstances and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a consultancy team.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel and work away from home as required.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration and interfaces for revenues and benefits products.
• Experience working with customers or external agencies.
• Experience delivering training or seminars.
