What you will do

• Own partner activation from product deep-dive through certification and ongoing expert support.
• Deliver training on the product, implementation methodology, data migration, and finance workflows.
• Run shadow and reverse-shadow cycles, assess readiness, and maintain certification standards.
• Support partners during initial client deliveries and intervene when implementations go off track.
• Coach partners on chart of accounts, entity structures, consolidation, intercompany logic, and reporting design.
• Build reusable curricula, playbooks, templates, and recordings while feeding partner insights back into the product and programme.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory.
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, accrual accounting, and statutory versus management reporting.
• Hands-on experience delivering real ERP implementations and the ability to explain complex product and accounting concepts to both consultants and senior finance leaders.
• Strong programme structure, prioritisation, communication, partner management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English required; German and other European languages are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Accountable ownership of an ERP go-live.
• Multi-jurisdiction experience with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAPs.
• Experience building training or certification programmes.
• Experience using AI tools extensively in delivery and enablement work.
