Location: Remote within the UK (occasional travel to customer sites and partner locations required)

What you will do

• Deliver Professional Services products including criteria development, weighting, and evaluation design to ensure defensible outcomes.
• Manage client engagements as Lead Consultant to ensure timely delivery and value for money.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new leads and develop propositions for new markets.
• Perform AWARD® configuration and peer reviews to support software delivery and client adoption.
• Promote products and services through webinars, public speaking, and white papers.
• Identify and implement improvements to service delivery, including the integration of AI.

Requirements

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) Clearance.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience delivering software-led consultancy, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong experience in managing and building strategic client relationships.
• Ability to manage and deliver small projects effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in public procurement competition design and evaluation.
• Understanding of UK Government and Defence Procurement processes.
• Strong desire to learn and master new software applications.
