What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of strategic and operational programs from priority setting through post-mortem.
• Develop program plans, operating cadences, and governance mechanisms to ensure coordinated execution.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure adherence to established governance, reporting, and financial oversight requirements.
• Optimize scalable planning and operational processes for cross-functional execution.
• Provide decision-ready executive updates on progress and trade-offs to support prioritization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio planning, or business operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear priorities, roadmaps, and practical execution plans.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and delivery metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing senior leaders.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Mateo, CA under a hybrid policy.
