Salary: $279,000 - $418,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale the Americas-based FSEE TPM team, establishing delivery standards and governance.
• Own Engineering Business Operations, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and goal setting.
• Partner with the VP of Engineering as a trusted advisor on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and budget management.
• Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into organizational health and performance.
• Collaborate with EMEA TPM leadership to ensure consistent practices and execution standards across global regions.
• Drive accountability on leadership commitments and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs in software, platform, infrastructure, or cloud engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers or similar functions.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional executive communication and people leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical architectures.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in San Mateo, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in Engineering Business Operations or Chief of Staff roles supporting senior executives.
• Background in gaming, consumer technology, platforms, or cloud services.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
