What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with multiple interconnected workstreams.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, success measures, and governance models.
• Partner with functional leaders to align priorities and resolve ambiguity in matrixed environments.
• Establish program artifacts, dashboards, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
• Proactively identify and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Facilitate governance forums and program reviews to ensure accountability and disciplined execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Product, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading sophisticated programs or enterprise delivery efforts.
• Proven success in product, technology, gaming, or digital environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
