What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of strategic and operational programs from priority through post-mortem.
• Build practical program plans, operating cadences, and governance mechanisms to translate priorities into coordinated execution.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, intervening to restore momentum when necessary.
• Ensure assigned programs operate within established governance, reporting, and financial oversight requirements.
• Improve scalable planning, governance, and operational processes for cross-functional program execution.
• Provide decision-ready executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio planning, or business operations within platform or product environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and practical execution plans.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, reporting tools, and delivery metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills for influencing senior leaders across globally distributed teams.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, to comply with the hybrid working policy.
