What you will do

• Process vendor rebates accurately and timely in accordance with contractual terms and financial controls.
• Validate rebate calculations, funding rates, and eligible sales to ensure billing and accrual accuracy.
• Research rebate discrepancies and perform recalculations to determine financial outcomes.
• Assist in period-end close tasks and internal/external audit deliverables.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and merchandising teams to ensure accuracy.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for rebate operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of rebate accounting, contract compliance, and accruals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
