What you will do

• Conduct Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Analyze historical and projected financial statements to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assess working capital, net debt, and other key deal metrics.
• Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports and executive summaries.
• Manage data rooms and collaborate with clients to gather and validate financial data.
• Support valuation analysis and transaction structuring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, or audit.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible for US-based employment (benefits include 401k and US health insurance).

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, ASA, or MST certifications.
• Experience with data room platforms.
