Senior Product Designer (Security)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Security): Designing intuitive, user-centric security experiences across desktop, mobile, web, and browser extension products with an accent on interaction design, research, prototyping, and cross-platform consistency. Focus on translating user feedback into production-ready solutions, applying systems thinking, and improving complex password management and identity security workflows.

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be located in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Analyze product feedback and market trends to develop, test, and iterate product experiences.
• Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and production-ready designs.
• Design user-centric experiences across desktop, iOS, Android, web, and browser extension platforms.
• Plan and moderate customer research, feedback sessions, surveys, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders through design critiques and product discussions.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the user experience across the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating UI design, critical thinking, UX solutions, and varied design artifacts.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design and development tools such as Adobe XD, GitHub, and generative AI tools.
• Experience planning and executing user research and testing cycles.
• Knowledge of front-end engineering practices, design systems, and systems thinking.
• Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and data-informed decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Startup experience.
• Experience designing security-focused applications for B2C and B2B customers.
• Experience designing iOS and Android applications or cross-platform products.
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and front-end development.
