What you will do

• Design mobile and desktop experiences that make investment products and complex financial concepts accessible.
• Own UX initiatives from discovery and design sprints through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user needs and business outcomes.
• Conduct interviews, usability tests, and data-informed iterations to validate designs.
• Mentor peers and advocate for user experience and design maturity across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Versatile product, interaction, and visual design skills with experience handling multiple projects independently.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, JIRA, modern design systems, and contemporary design processes.
• Interest in crypto, financial products, and making complex experiences more user-friendly.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and project-definition skills.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
