What you will do

• Own the UI/UX of the incident response platform for security operators.
• Streamline complex, data-heavy user flows and modernize legacy interface patterns.
• Create high-fidelity designs with strong attention to usability, craft, and pixel-level quality.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, security experts, product analytics, customers, and users.
• Prototype and validate concepts rapidly with AI tools and evidence-based design practices.
• Contribute to the design system, reduce design debt, and improve consistency between design and code.

Requirements

• Senior product design experience with a portfolio showing complete flows, multiple screens, and detailed visual design work.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and experience designing complex SaaS products; mobile-only experience is insufficient.
• Ability to simplify complex user flows and design efficient, intuitive experiences for data-heavy environments.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping and design exploration.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on ownership, high individual impact, and shipping customer value early.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Helsinki office, with weekly attendance expected.
