What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of complex product experiences from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct customer research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop and refine reusable interaction patterns and a consistent design system.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define scope, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Design intuitive and transparent interaction patterns for AI-powered features and workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in both UX research and high-fidelity UI execution.
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with component-based design systems and frontend constraints.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise marketing, finance, or operations software.
• Prior work contributing to or maintaining a design system.
• Experience using AI tools within a design workflow to accelerate production.
