What you will do

• Analyze commerce, omnichannel, customer experience, and commercial performance challenges.
• Define digital commerce strategies, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and target-state visions.
• Advise clients on customer journeys, transactional processes, digital engagement, and conversion optimization.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions across eCommerce, CMS, CRM, CDP, OMS, Search, and related platforms.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, align stakeholders, prioritize strategic backlogs, and establish business KPIs.
• Mentor consultants, contribute to thought leadership, and support proposals and business development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital commerce, eCommerce consulting, digital strategy, or digital transformation.
• End-to-end experience delivering commerce, omnichannel, or customer experience initiatives in consulting, agency, or professional services environments.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, CMS, CRM, CDP, OMS, Search, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Experience developing strategies, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and functional or technology requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, presentation, and consulting skills, including engagement with senior clients.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken, required.
