What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of high-value creators, acting as a senior strategic advisor to drive performance and revenue growth.
• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions and develop strategic plans tailored to individual creator goals and business maturity.
• Leverage AI tools and performance data to surface actionable insights and improve creator effectiveness.
• Design and deliver educational programming, including webinars, workshops, and marquee event content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate creator needs and refine product and program strategies.
• Codify successful coaching strategies into repeatable playbooks and enablement resources for internal teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Creator Commerce industry, specifically in influencer management or strategic client-facing roles.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven track record of coaching senior stakeholders and driving revenue outcomes through data-backed insights.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead strategic conversations and present to top-tier talent.
• Experience with CRM tools, analytics dashboards, and AI-driven enablement platforms.
• Ability to operate independently and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
