What you will do

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate multiple learning and instructional design projects simultaneously.
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain Jira project boards and track project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Revise and develop training materials, job aids, presentations, and documentation.
• Support change management and training readiness activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
• At least 1 year of Instructional Design or Learning & Development experience.
• Experience creating and revising training materials.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Box, and Articulate.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Learning Performance Consultant (LPC).
• Background in Corporate Learning & Development or eLearning.
• Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and Change Management.
• Experience in Learning Content Development and Training Program Coordination.
