Jr. Project Manager (Technology)

What you will do

• Coordinate technology projects, maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk/issue trackers.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and managing follow-up actions.
• Partner with business and technical product owners to translate workflows and business needs into technical requirements.
• Identify and document project risks and blockers, tracking mitigation plans and escalating issues.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and the creation of adoption resources.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management templates, workflows, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, technology operations, or business operations.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and delivery tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts, sprint planning, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
