What you will do

• Conduct thorough needs and gap analyses in skills, audience, and organizational requirements.
• Develop creative, instructionally sound learning solutions designed for high-impact behavior change.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, analytics, and automation to implement modern learning ecosystems.
• Manage senior leader stakeholders to align on vision, outcomes, and expectations.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Implement large-scale organizational transformations and re-skilling initiatives for Fortune 100 clients.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in external L&D consulting, training, or instructional design.
• Advanced expertise in instructional design principles and blended learning solutions.
• Superior business and technical writing and editing skills.
• Strong project management and data analytics capabilities.
• Unrestricted US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CLP, CPLP, or CHRP.
• Experience with ERP implementation training (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Palantir).
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Background in Big 4 Consulting.
• Experience in prompt engineering, low-code/no-code development, or AI-assisted solution design.
