What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, strategic technology projects across infrastructure, applications, and security.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMO-standard tools.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies before they threaten milestones.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to clear obstacles and maintain delivery pace.
• Manage scope and change requests in real time, evaluating trade-offs and making recommendations.
• Provide evidence-based status updates within the PMO governance and portfolio review cadence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of driving complex projects to resolution rather than just tracking status.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to translate technical details for varied audiences.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or other project/Agile certifications.
• Experience operating within a formal PMO governance structure.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure, application delivery, or security project types.
• Experience in EdTech, higher education, or other highly regulated industries.
