What you will do

• Define and implement program operations and engineering strategies to meet production objectives.
• Lead strategic technical projects, managing budgets, funding, and stakeholder integration.
• Coordinate project schedules, track risks, and resolve blocking issues for fluid systems hardware.
• Develop data-driven insights and KPIs to support Senior Leadership decision-making.
• Manage cross-functional coordination between engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality organizations.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience, preferably with aerospace hardware or complex technical systems.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylum status.
• Proficiency in MS Project and knowledge of configuration management principles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with launch vehicle development, production, and operations.
• Experience leveraging AI in professional workflows.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6), CREO, Windchill, Jira, Confluence, or Tableau.
• PMP certification or experience with EVM and critical path scheduling.
• SQL or other coding abilities.
