Project Analyst (Engineering)

Location: Hybrid in Merritt Island, FL or Bethesda, MD; travel to U.S. sites required. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Salary: $70,000–$105,000 per year in Merritt Island, or $95,000–$120,000 per year in Bethesda, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Review project requirements, clarify gaps, and establish project baselines with clients and stakeholders.
• Plan project activities, costs, schedules, and critical paths based on client scopes and team inputs.
• Lead engineering design teams to deliver complete, timely, high-quality work within budget.
• Coordinate client meetings, internal disciplines, project documentation, and design deliverables.
• Control project scope, manage changes and risks, and communicate project status to leadership.
• Close out projects, document lessons learned, and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science degree.
• 3+ years of project management experience; DoD or aerospace project experience is preferred.
• 5–7 years of technical experience in an engineering or construction environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in critical path planning, negotiation, cost control, estimating, risk management, contract management, and communication.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management reporting and invoicing.
• Current U.S. passport, valid unrestricted Florida driver license, U.S. citizenship, and active/interim or attainable Secret Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Planning and Scheduling Professional certification.
• PMP or IAPM certification.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, SharePoint, SpecsIntact, RSMeans, CAD, Revit, and Creo.
