Location: Pullman, Washington, United States

Salary: $31.75–$47.50/hour for Project Manager I, $36.50–$54.00/hour for Project Manager II, and $86,000–$128,000/year for Project Manager III.

What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation through release while managing scope, timelines, priorities, and risks.
• Engage customers and stakeholders to align project priorities with business needs.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear goals, requirements, and actionable plans.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, developers, systems architects, and other partners.
• Build portfolio roadmaps and help determine which initiatives to pursue.
• Improve project execution, workflows, and team practices through learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to plan, track, and follow through on projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ability to clarify underlying business problems and define actionable requirements.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in learning new tools and methods, including automation, Python, or AI.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification, or active progress toward certification.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering software or improving business systems and workflows.
• Interest in data-driven project management practices.
