Senior Director, Head Of Digital Ecosystems & Strategic Partnerships (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead market and industry trend analysis for Indonesia to define account priorities and optimize coverage.
• Drive high-quality account planning to identify high-value collaboration opportunities using hirify.global's capabilities.
• Scale payment acceptance and authorization performance across online and offline channels.
• Manage end-to-end partnership strategy, including executive engagement, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing business development team.
• Develop annual operating plans and provide strategic updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in technology, payments, fintech, or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia’s digital payments landscape, including digital banking and wallets.
• Proven success in establishing and scaling revenue-generating strategic partnerships.
• Expert negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities for complex commercial models.
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to have

• Deep vertical experience in e-commerce, retail, on-demand services, or digital banking.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and data-driven workflows to identify ecosystem opportunities.
