What you will do
- Map and prospect corporate and B2B clients in the Yogyakarta area.
- Acquire new shippers and grow existing shipper portfolios.
- Build trusting relationships through customer service, retention, and business development activities.
- Assess leads, convert qualified prospects into opportunities, and achieve sales revenue and volume objectives.
- Conduct pricing negotiations within the assigned pricing framework.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
- Exposure to clients in the F&B, packaging, or electronics industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and practical selling.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, creative, energetic, and positive.
