What you will do

  • Map and prospect Corporate/B2B clients within the Yogyakarta area.
  • Execute sales revenue, volume, and shipper objectives through acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with existing and new business customers.
  • Identify and convert feasible leads into business opportunities.
  • Conduct pricing negotiations based on the assigned framework.
  • Manage shipper acquisition and growth activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a commercial or sales role.
  • Experience handling clients in Fnb, Packaging, and Electronics industries.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and actual selling techniques.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work both as an individual contributor and within a team.
