What you will do

• Own and execute the analytics and AI roadmap for the North America logistics organization.
• Develop interactive dashboards, decision-support tools, and AI copilots to reduce manual reporting.
• Partner with operations leaders across warehousing, transportation, demand planning, and 3PL management.
• Lead the deployment of AI solutions to drive measurable business outcomes and operational performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data governance and responsible AI principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with permanent work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent higher degree/experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end logistics experience across warehousing, transportation, and inventory planning.
• Proven delivery of production-ready AI/ML models or GenAI agents used by business teams.
• Strong data analytics skills, including SQL (required) and Python or R (preferred).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GxP/GDP regulated environments.
• Experience with SAP and integrated business planning systems.
• Track record of building autonomous decision-support solutions and self-service analytics.
