What you will do

• Support multi-year technology demand planning across hardware, software, cloud services, and vendor-based technology solutions.
• Analyze demand, consumption, asset utilization, budget, and forecast data to improve planning accuracy and identify optimization opportunities.
• Gather requirements, document current-state processes, and design future-state solutions with technology, finance, procurement, and vendor management stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards, reports, analytical models, data quality controls, and governance mechanisms.
• Automate manual workflows using AI-powered tools, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
• Support asset lifecycle planning, technology refreshes, renewals, capacity planning, purchasing, vendor coordination, and demand intake.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with business analysis, data analysis, technology operations, demand management, IT asset management, technology finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, developing forecasts, and supporting business decisions.
• Experience improving business processes and implementing workflow automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis techniques, business intelligence platforms, and advanced Excel modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of technology budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and software and hardware lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, HAM, or platform reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar low-code platforms.
• Practical experience applying AI and generative AI to workflow automation, reporting, document processing, or data analysis.
