What you will do

• Provide technical quality support to customers, suppliers, employees, and product or operations teams.
• Review statements of work, proposals, design plans, procedures, test documentation, and manuals to understand product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in root-cause and failure analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze quality and defect data to identify trends and prevent recurrence.
• Improve manufacturing, process, inspection, and product efficiency while reducing nonconforming products.
• Provide technical oversight and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in quality engineering or another engineering role.
• Expert knowledge of process integration and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
