What you will do

• Perform document reviews for contract, industry, and regulatory compliance.
• Apply analytical tools including SPC, Gage R&R, 5 Why, and Fault Trees.
• Utilize 6 Sigma tools to maintain internal and external quality standards.
• Develop quality documentation and test procedures for motion control and electronic components.
• Conduct quote reviews for compliance and quality-related cost assignment.
• Resolve complex technical issues through data evaluation and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field (or equivalent: Bachelor's + manufacturing experience or Associate's + 3 years manufacturing experience).
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to work onsite in Blacksburg, VA.
• Experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
