Salary: $99,900–$133,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide quality assurance leadership for manufacturing and analyze the cost of poor quality.
• Define inspection procedures, control plans, acceptance criteria, testing requirements, and process verification methods.
• Lead investigations and corrective and preventive actions using structured methods such as DMAIC and 8D.
• Characterize manufacturing processes, assess capability and variation, and implement feedback and control mechanisms.
• Lead internal, external, customer, and supplier audits and resolve related quality findings.
• Coach quality and operations engineers, deliver training, and support process transfers and new process introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100.
• Experience with Lean, DMAIC, statistical analysis, and tools such as JMP or Minitab.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, training, and leadership skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and eligibility to work under ITAR restrictions are required; temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Audit, ASQ, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience with CMM, VMM, R&R, or MSA.
• Experience in CNC machining, injection molding, or 3D printing environments.
