What you will do

• Ensure quality is embedded throughout software and model development lifecycles.
• Design algorithms and execute software tests to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead a medium-sized team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and drive solutions to complex technical problems.
• Identify system-level technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation, including procedures, reports, and manuals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
• Experience in software and model-based engineering products.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
