Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted testing and intelligent automation across multiple product areas to improve engineering productivity.
• Define and execute comprehensive quality engineering strategies, automation frameworks, and testing approaches.
• Establish quality metrics using production data and customer feedback to continuously improve software reliability.
• Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to integrate quality throughout the SDLC.
• Coach and develop a high-performing QE team, providing performance feedback and career growth opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and testing methodologies to enhance organizational quality maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality or software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading QE teams or multiple high-impact engineering initiatives.
• Deep expertise in AI-assisted testing, automation architecture, and engineering governance.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Must be based in the US to accommodate quarterly in-person meetings and benefit eligibility.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in CS or Business Administration.
• Experience leading enterprise QE organizations in SaaS companies.
• Advanced certifications in AI, Cloud, or Quality Engineering.
