What you will do

• Act as a player-coach, handling complex technical problems while mentoring team members to improve their debugging and operational capabilities.
• Provide direct support to software developers troubleshooting API request failures, authentication issues, and rate limits.
• Own high-complexity integration issues and sensitive partner escalations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve usability issues with connectors.
• Develop and improve support quality processes, including internal tooling, playbooks, and automations to scale the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA, solutions engineering, or support engineering working with technically sophisticated developers.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Python and the ability to reason about production code.
• Deep experience troubleshooting APIs and utilizing API documentation.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts: LLMs, agents, tool calling, evals, and MCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
