Salary: $171,000–$273,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive development and refinement of software processes aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other safety standards.
• Plan and execute internal audits across requirements, architecture, and test processes.
• Own the audit findings register and drive systemic corrective action closure.
• Develop, automate, and maintain reports for Software Quality Performance Metrics.
• Lead the Software Quality Deficiency Management process and perform root cause analysis for verification escapes.
• Author and present technical quality analyses and process improvements to engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or QMS process management.
• Proven experience in a safety-critical domain (e.g., automotive, aerospace, robotics, or medical devices).
• Deep command of ASPICE and working knowledge of ISO 26262-Part 6.
• Hands-on experience conducting process audits and leading structured root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for deficiency management and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and work from an office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with UL 4600 (autonomous systems safety) and ISO/SAE 21434 (cybersecurity).
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Jama.
• Experience using AWS (QuickSight, S3, Lambda) to build quality metrics infrastructure.
• Experience supporting quality processes during the transition from development to commercial deployment.
