Senior Systems Quality Engineer (Semiconductor Test)

What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute system-level test strategies for semiconductor test and automation platforms.
• Validate end-to-end product functionality across software, hardware, embedded systems, networking, and mechanical components.
• Develop test scenarios covering real-world customer workflows, operating conditions, and product usage.
• Support system integration activities (hardware bring-up, subsystem validation, and troubleshooting).
• Collect and analyze quality/test metrics; build dashboards and reporting for product health and validation progress.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify quality risks early and influence design decisions for testability, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering, systems engineering, product validation, test engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience validating complex integrated systems across software, hardware, embedded, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Experience in semiconductor test, automation, robotics, industrial systems, manufacturing systems, or similar complex engineering environments.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, C++, or Python; experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and test infrastructure.
• Local to North Reading, MA; no relocation and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
