What you will do

• Develop and implement proactive quality methodologies to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Analyze process problems and create solutions based on engineering guidelines, industry standards, and regulations.
• Monitor quality performance data to guide root cause corrective action (RCCA).
• Prepare End Item Data Package (EIDP) reports and lead customer pre-ship reviews.
• Manage Failure Review Boards (FRB) and Material Review Boards (MRB) to address non-conformances and determine corrective actions.
• Provide operational support for assembly process control and perform supplier assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an electronics lab environment.
• Aerospace/Defense Contracting industry experience is required.
• J-STD and/or NASA training/experience is required.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 Quality System and LEAN manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma).
• In-depth knowledge of ESD and FOD protocols for handling electronic hardware.

Nice to have

• J-STD and/or NASA Certifications.
• Experience with TIPQA or similar tools for managing non-conformances and quality clauses.
