System Integrator (DoD)

TL;DR

System Integrator (DoD): Performing systems administration and software maintenance for Command and Control Mission Systems (C2MS) with an accent on aircraft system configuration, network assurance, and testing. Focus on supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) through hardware/software troubleshooting, security policy application, and technical documentation.

Location: Must be based on-site at Hurlburt Field, FL

What you will do

• Maintain and upgrade aircraft systems, including software revisions and network assurance.
• Manage software imaging, component loads, and NGA map data updates.
• Conduct Developmental and Operational testing (DT/OT) for C2MS capabilities.
• Provide user training and technical briefings for leadership and SOF representatives.
• Perform system and network administration for server and client-configured aircraft systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Requirements

• Must have a Secret Clearance to begin work and the ability to obtain a Top Secret-SCI clearance.
• Minimum of five years of experience providing operational IT services in support of the DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military training and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and experience with DoD testing standards.
• DoD Information Assurance (IA) Level-II CompTIA Security+ certification required.
• Ability to lift over 35 lbs and work in administrative, lab, and flight line environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting USSOCOM weapons systems.
• Knowledge of Mission Planning software, IMOM, and relational databases (SQL Server/Access).
• Certifications including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, MCTIP, or ITIL v3 Foundation.
• Familiarity with tactical radio configurations and Link-16.
