What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle for complex, multi-faceted security programs ensuring alignment with business and security strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies while tracking progress against milestones.
• Partner with security engineers to define and improve operational processes for anti-cheat, anti-piracy, and pre-release protection.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks specifically related to game integrity, player data, and platform stability.
• Serve as the central point of contact to drive collaboration among engineering, product, legal, and studio teams.
• Provide data-driven reports on program status, risks, and achievements to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Austin, Texas, United States.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically focused on security, cybersecurity, or game security.
• Solid understanding of anti-cheat, account security, and anti-piracy challenges.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with security engineers and understand architectural trade-offs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Gsuite, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the gaming industry (PC, console, or mobile).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• CISM or CISSP certification.
• Ability to simplify complex technical risks for non-technical audiences.
