HR Coordinator (German)

Location: San José, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Provide HR administrative support to employees and managers ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
• Prepare and process HR documentation in accordance with company standards and local legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and specialist teams to resolve employee queries.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge-sharing resources to improve case resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in HR administration, shared services, or a similar operational support environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with HR systems; knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be based in San José, Costa Rica.
