Analyst Local HR Services (German)

What you will do

• Manage client engagement and respond to queries and escalations accurately via email and case management systems.
• Process and administer HR transactions including talent development, mobility, workforce administration, and remuneration.
• Provide clarification and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Update and maintain process maps, procedures, and other required documentation.
• Develop, mentor, and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• English and German proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Valid experience of 2-5 years in the HR domain.
• Strong process knowledge in Employee Help Desk, Workforce administration, or Employee data administration.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• System data entry experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree.
