What you will do
- Handle end-to-end HR case management through ticketing systems, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and service standards.
- Manage employee and manager inquiries related to lifecycle events, payroll, benefits, and HR process guidance.
- Maintain high accuracy of employee data and process HR documentation within internal systems.
- Collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR Business Partners, and Tier 2/3 teams to resolve complex operational issues.
- Contribute to the maintenance of knowledge articles and identify areas for continuous process improvement in HR service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations or HR Services, specifically combining case management and operational activities.
- Proficiency in HR case handling, employee data management, and document processing.
- Experience with HR service portals and ticketing systems (e.g., My).
- Fluent English and fluent German (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for data integrity.
Nice to have
- Experience in multi-country EMEA HR operations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar HR case management tools.
- Experience working with Workday or HR master data systems.
- Exposure to process changes, transitions, or service improvements.
