What you will do
- Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions and provide operational support.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, leave and absences, promotions, relocations, and separations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize commitments against contractual service thresholds.
- Clarify HR policies and procedures for relevant stakeholders.
- Create and update process documentation, including process maps and procedures.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within and across teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
- English and German at minimum B2 level.
- Experience with system data entry in Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or similar HR platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting.
- Experience managing employee lifecycle documentation and HR data.
